Role & responsibilities Deliver lectures on Physics to students at IIT level, ensuring effective learning outcomes. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to measure student progress. Provide individualized guidance and mentorship to students through regular feedback sessions. Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum materials and improve teaching methods. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of academic programs. Preferred candidate profile 5-7 years of experience as an IIT faculty member or equivalent experience in teaching Physics at a reputed institution. Strong educational background in Physics with a degree from a recognized university (B.Tech/B.E. + M.Tech). Excellent communication skills for delivering clear lectures and providing constructive feedback to students. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
