Perform preventative maintenance of the NetBrain platform to provide visibility for customer's diverse network protocols and technologies such as VxLAN, SD-WAN, ACI, Cloud, VMware, IGP, BGP, MPLS, etc. As a Network Automation Engineer at NetBrain, you will analyze customer's deployed network technologies, existing playbooks, and design documents to create automation solutions. You will also train and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue automating on the NetBrain platform. Additionally, you will architect and implement automation solutions for customer's problem resolution and handle any additional responsibilities as assigned. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and possess at least 3 years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles. Proficiency in common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, and Log Analysis is required. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across teams.
