Strong experience in developing SCADA/MES application using Ignition platform Strong experience of Ignition Vision & perspective modules. Good experience of developing PLC & SCADA applications Working experience of SQL or any other database. Hands on experience in network protocols like MQTT, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, etc. Candidate must have work experience in Virtual Build validation, Time study, Torque Audit, Build Book creation. Implement process/tool/equipment modifications to support Engineering Changes and Process Change requests at Engine/Loco Assembly. Create/update manufacturing process documents - PFD, PFMEA, Safety FMEA, Control Plan, Standard Work and Standard Operating Procedures. Configure and update Standard Work and Torque tools in the Manufacturing Execution Support system (PINpoint/CAPP+/MESA) Conduct Engine/Loco Assembly/ Dis Assembly process audit. Work with cross functional team to resolve audit findings within stipulated time Conduct Ergonomic Study for Engine Assembly process, identify gaps and implement suitable solution to eliminate ergonomic risks. Software Experience: candidate must have operating knowledge of VisMockup / CAPP+ / Creo
