Role & responsibilities -The role involves identifying & empaneling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent Financial Distributors -Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and Mobile app for providing Knowledge on Primary Market Products (like MF, NFOs, IPO’s, NCDs, Capital Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, etc.) -Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis-The person should have good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market products -Acquiring new IFDs & advising them on primary market products-Organising events to develop the Business of IFDs

1) Growth of Revenue and Market Share, 2) Travel across assigned branches at regular interval, 3) Should ensure the Commodity/Currency RMs of his region fulfill Organisational Goal of Revenue Generation, 4) To ensure proper mapping of Commodity/Currency Clients to all RMs (equity /Commodity), 5) To add minimum 02 (Two) accounts per month with an Average margin of Rs 50,000/- 6) Minimum 60% client activation in Commodity and Currency on M+2 basis, 7) Position tracking of Clients of assigned Branches and franchisee on daily basis and informing the BM/Franchisee owner and thereafter to the specific HNI Client about any adverse / opposite position. Understanding of the functional and physical interactions between vehicle sub-systems. Experience in automotive design and development of minimum two or more of the following Electrical & Electronics aggregates & systems: i) Instrument Cluster ii) Switches iii) Infotainment System, Radios, Navigation, Speakers & Antennas iv) HVAC E&E system v) Engine Management ECU/ Automatic Transmission ECU & its sensors vi) Active safety system like ABS system & its sensors and Passive Safety Systems like Air Bags and its sensors vii) Wiring Harness Knowledge & exposure to various manufacturing Processes related to E&E aggregates.
