Leveraging multidisciplinary expertise and global best practices, IIDA partners with central and state governments, PSUs, and multilateral institutions to foster inclusive, competitive, and sustainable development >>Job role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media strategy, branding, content development, and social media management, with significant experience working on projects for central or state government bodies or PSUs. >>Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any stream or MBA/PGDM from a premier institute. At least 6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in media/outreach/IEC-related activities. Proven experience working with central/state government projects or PSUs. Strong understanding of media strategy, branding, and content development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in website and social media management. >>Work Experience Develop and implement comprehensive media and outreach strategies. Create and manage awareness campaigns, ensuring effective communication of key messages. Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all platforms. Develop engaging content for various media channels, including websites and social media. Manage and update the organization's website and social media accounts. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of communication strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. >>Preferred Skill Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in media and communication.
