Description We are seeking an experienced IBMi Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our IBMi systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities Administer and maintain the IBMi systems to ensure high availability and performance. Perform system backups and recovery operations to safeguard data integrity. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and maintenance. Document procedures, configurations, and system changes for knowledge sharing. Skills and Qualifications 4-9 years of experience in IBMi administration or relevant field. Strong knowledge of IBMi operating systems and related technologies. Experience with SQL and database management on IBMi. Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools and techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. Understanding of security protocols and best practices for IBMi systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
