Skills: IBM BAW Developer Location:PAN INDIA Job type: Contract to Hire Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM BAW Developer with extensive experience in end-to-end Business Process Applications and Solutions development using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM FileNet P8, IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Rules Engine, Heritage Coach Views, Coach Views, External Service Integration and Java/JEE based APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BAW Process Applications & solutions to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Business Process Applications and Solutions using IBM BAW and FileNet. Implement and Integrate IBM ODM for decision management. Implement and maintain business processes and workflows. Develop and customize Coach Views and Heritage Coach Views. Migrate and Transform BPM Process Applications including live Process Instances from legacy / old versions of IBM BAW instances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide Technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Perform Unit testing and debugging of applications. Ensure Adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
