Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required. Preferred Skills: Experience handling airline schedule changes or irregular operations (IROPS).
