HVAC Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on our job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site HVAC installation and maintenance work.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Manage HVAC technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding job progress and requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues on-site.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company and OSHA safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,652.73 - ₹35,000.00 per month
