HVAC design and management. Developing Design Briefs. Load and system calculations. Hydraulic Analysis of air & water systems. Conceptual and detailed design of HVAC System. Chilled water & Hot Water calculation for AHU. Understand area classification and calculations as per WHO GMP & ASHRAE. Prepare Room Data sheet. Prepare Air Flow Diagram. Building management System- Development of system architecture, specifications, control strategies and sequence of operations through all design. Prepare Tender BOQ and detailing. HVAC ducting layout with calculations. Able to handle all activities independently He/She should able to manage project design Team & procurement of projects. Should able to manage team of 8-10 People. Education qualification BE Electrical/Instrumentation OR Diploma in Electrical Engineer with min 5 Years experience
