Location: Mumbai Duration: [e.g., 8-12 weeks, Summer 2025] Department: Transformation Office [Human Resources] About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic HR Summer Intern with strategic mindset to join Transformation Office. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about organizational change, strategic HR initiatives, and driving impactful transformation across people, processes, and culture. Key Responsibilities: Support the design and execution of strategic HR transformation initiatives aligned with business goals. Analyse organizational data with respect to KPI/ MO specific to BEAs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to transformation roadmaps. Assist in developing strategic frameworks, presentations, and reports for senior leadership. Qualification/Skillset: Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent communication. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Only candidates based out of Mumbai are eligible to apply.
