Position- HR Intern
Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Gurugram. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring. The recruiter will also be responsible for communication with hiring managers and coordinating the hiring process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interview
