Job Description

The role of Human Resource Operations Executive involves supporting and executing human resource operations for client organizations and internal HR functions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR administration tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies, handling employee engagement and support, managing training and development initiatives, coordinating with clients, and more. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing offer letters, and ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees. Additionally, you will maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR documents, manage databases, and monitor attendance and leave records. Compliance with labor laws and client-specific policies is crucial in this role. You will assist with audits, employee verifications, statutory documentation, and support in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs. Collaboration with accounts/finance teams or outsourced partners for timely salary disbursals and addressing employee queries on salary, deductions, and benefits will also be part of your responsibilities. Employee engagement and support are key aspects of this role. You will act as a point of contact for employee concerns, organize engagement activities, and support performance management activities such as appraisal coordination and KPI tracking. Furthermore, you will help design and coordinate training sessions, track employee training needs, and maintain training records. Maintaining regular communication with client representatives, preparing HR reports and updates, and supporting HR audits and compliance reviews for client companies will be essential for effective client coordination. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or Business Administration, along with at least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and manage timelines, and fluency in English and the local language are essential skills for this role. The working conditions are office-based with occasional client site visits, and extended hours may be required during peak recruitment or audit periods. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, and an in-person work location.
