Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. You will play a crucial role in building a strong employer brand and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  
• Develop and post job descriptions across job portals and social media
  
• Source and attract candidates using databases, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and job boards
  
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate with hiring managers
  
• Schedule and manage interviews and feedback processes
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring status
  
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
• Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and improve processes
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• 13 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  
• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  
• Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS, HRMS tools)
  
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company
