Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our QSR operations *( India's first Organic Ice cream chain )* . If you have a passion for recruitment and a background in the food and beverages industry, we'd love to hear from you.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Source and recruit candidates for various roles in QSR operations, including frontline staff, kitchen staff, and support staff
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals - Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures - Maintain accurate records of recruitment processes and candidate interactions

*Requirements:*

- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the QSR or food and beverages industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Background in food and beverages or QSR industry
- Experience with mass hiring or bulk recruitment - Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
