Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Performance Appraisal System:

  • Annual appraisal HRMIS, coordination and salary revision implementation
  • Assist seniors in establishing Performance Management System across the plant and office by proper KRA & KPI setting and implementing the same online and manage and implement half yearly performance review
  • Effectively implement Performance Management System and review the employees under Probation for confirmation.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, succession planning, motivation and preservation of human capital

Employee Relations & Welfare:

  • Handling employee grievances within 24 hours and maintaining cordial employee relations.
  • Maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
  • To implement various insurance schemes like Med claim, group insurance for all the
    employees and support employees in claims.
  • Arrangements of all welfare activities in the factory.
  • Total Employee Engagement activities for boosting the Group Morale.
  • Promote HR policies and practices to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Strengthening organization values and promoting a healthy work environment
  • Taking care of the employee benefits and related documents such as insurance, Mediclaim etc.

Training & Development:

  • Identifying the training needs & prepare a Training Calendar for the coming financial year.
  • Coordinating with the department heads for the training program & ensure the feedback.
  • Imparting Orientation training to all employees at the time of joining.
  • Preparation of Training & Development documents as per requirements.

Payroll HR & Plant Compliances:

  • Support Account in Payroll till finalization of attendance.
  • Visit Plant regularly and ensure plant compliance.
  • Ensure that all HR compliances is properly executed and paid by Accounts.

HRMIS:

  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, compile and present HRMIS to management for understanding and decision making.
  • Maintaining all employee records efficiently

Talent Acquisition:

  • Managing the recruitment and ensuring selection process is fair and transparent
  • Ensure the candidate selection process is timely executed

Preferred candidate profile

o Proven working experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

o People oriented and results driven

o Must have experience in greytHR or other HRMIS modules like Keka, Zoho etc.

o Good knowledge of HR systems and database management

o Empathetic and excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

o Competence to build & effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels

o In-depth knowledge of HR practices and passion to implement the same.

o Degree in Human Resources or related field

o Excellent communication in Hindi & English is must.
