Job Profile: Senior Accountant We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Supervise and guide junior accountants and clerks. Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit schedules. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Maintain accuracy in payroll, vendor payments, and receivables. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter or M.Com preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience. Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
