Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Experience: 2-4 YearsLocation: DLF Cyber City, GurgaonWork Mode: Hybrid Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our HR team at Zacco India. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is integral in supporting talent acquisition, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding)2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements3. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards4. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experienceEmployee Engagement:1. Plan and execute monthly engagement activities and wellness initiatives2. Support in conducting surveys and analyzing employee feedback3. Drive internal communication and culture-building efforts4. Assist in planning R&R programs and engagement calendarsHR Operations:1. Support HR documentation, employee records management, and database updates2. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processesQualifications:1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2. 24 years of relevant HR experience (with strong exposure to recruitment and engagement)3. Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., HROne) is a plus4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills5. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
