Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Sourcing of candidates through various channels & handling end to end recruitments.
Manage the employee lifecycle from selection to exits for the specified areas.
Responsible for grievance resolution, employee engagement .
Travelling to various branches for employee connect & grievance resolution.
MIS Reports

Preferred candidate profile.

Must have experience in Banking/NBFC/Microfinance industry.
Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate relationships through face to face, telephone, online calls and e-mail interactions.
Open to travel to various branches
