You will be joining our AI/ML team as an experienced and hands-on AI/ML Tech Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, guiding, and delivering scalable AI solutions while actively contributing to code and model development. Your deep expertise in machine learning, computer vision, LLMs, and deployment practices, along with prior experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers, will be crucial for success. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and deployment of AI/ML models and API-based services in domains such as Computer Vision, LLMs, and Agentic AI. You will guide and mentor a team of at least 4 AI/ML engineers, ensuring high-quality technical output and team growth. Additionally, you will own infrastructure and DevOps decisions related to AI model serving, optimization, and monitoring. Collaboration with DevOps, Data Engineering, and Product teams for seamless integration and delivery will also be a key aspect of your role. Evaluating and adopting emerging AI frameworks and tools to enhance development velocity and model performance will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 9 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role guiding a team. Proven hands-on experience in deploying production-grade ML models using Docker, FastAPI/Flask, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. A deep understanding of version control (Git), containerization, and MLOps practices is required. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, and HuggingFace/Transformers is expected. Exposure to agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and GPU-based training/inference will be beneficial. Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and managing compute/GPU resources is also a plus.,
