About the Role: We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to drive our AI/ML and GenAI roadmap. You will lead the design of multi-modal generative workflows that combine image, video, and LLM-driven tasks for media workflow automation. This role will influence our core platform strategy by integrating custom and open-source diffusion models, prompt-to-image generation, segmentation, and agentic task orchestration using LLMs. Key Responsibilities: Architect AI solutions for image/video generation, segmentation, pose estimation, and retouching using diffusion models and GANs. Design agentic workflows leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for orchestrating creative task chains, model prompting, or hybrid AI-human loops. Lead data pipeline and preparation strategy define data requirements, build annotation pipelines, and guide synthetic data generation. Evaluate and fine-tune foundation models like Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, OpenPose, DeepFaceLab, CP-VTON. Guide research, benchmarking, fine-tuning, and deployment of models. Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for third-party APIs or in-house model development. Ensure compliance with IP, client data protection, fairness, and ethical AI practices. Desired Skills: Deep experience in computer vision, generative AI (diffusion, transformers), and LLM integration Hands-on with PyTorch, Hugging Face, Diffusion/ GAN Architectures Hands-on with LLM and agentic frameworks like LangChain, AWS Bedrock Strong understanding of synthetic data pipelines, model evaluation metrics, and prompt engineering Strong understanding of image harmonization, segmentation, texture transfer Ability to architect scalable ML pipelines combining image/video generation with LLM reasoning Experience leading a technical team or managing AI initiatives end-to-end. Familiarity with AWS/GCP, GPU infrastructure, and scalable AI model serving Familiarity with co-pilot tools and AI-assisted code generation to accelerate prototyping and implementation of AI systems Desired Profile & Qualification: 8+ years in AI/ML roles including leadership in GenAI or CV-heavy platforms Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (MS/PhD preferred). We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in web development and strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, WordPress, Magento), frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and AI-based integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AI development and programming, with the ability to build AI tools, plugins, integrations, and AI agents. This role involves supporting intelligent automation in areas such as marketing workflows, personalization, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Laravel, PHP, and Magento. Create responsive and interactive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Customize Magento themes and develop custom modules. Integrate third-party APIs and web services. Develop and integrate AI tools, plugins, and agents using platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, Microsoft Azure AI, or custom models. Implement AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and automated workflows. Collaborate with marketing teams to build AI-driven automation tools (campaign optimization, lead qualification, A/B testing, etc.). Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization. Ensure cross-browser/device compatibility and a high standard of user experience. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, especially in AI, automation, and full-stack development. Manage server environments (Linux, Apache/Nginx), including deployment and monitoring. Required Skills: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong portfolio of web projects. Expert in Laravel, Core PHP, Magento (1.x / 2.x) development and theme customization. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design. Strong experience with REST APIs, AJAX, and MySQL. Proven experience in AI development and integration, including working with Python, Node.js, or related environments. Integration experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Dialogflow, or other AI platforms. Experience building or integrating AI-powered plugins, automation tools, or agents. Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, Make) is a plus. Version control proficiency using Git. Solid understanding of server-side scripting and server configuration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and embedding models. Knowledge of SEO best practices, Redis/Memcached, and Linux hosting. Exposure to secure coding practices and scalability optimization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
