Conduct 200-point quality inspection of incoming vehicles at Spinny Hub. Identify scratches, dents, engine issues, suspension damage, etc. Check documents (RC, insurance, pollution certificate) and update inspection reports. Ensure vehicle condition matches companys retail standards. Coordinate with refurbishment and detailing teams. Use mobile apps/tablets to log inspections and photos. Skills & Requirements: Diploma/ITI or Graduate (Mechanical/Automobile preferred). 4-wheeler driving license mandatory. 2-wheeler preferred for mobility between hubs. Basic knowledge of car components and vehicle inspection tools. Experience with used car dealerships (Spinny, Cars24, OLX Autos, etc.) is a plus. Good documentation and reporting skills. 2. Service Advisor – Spinny Job Title: Service Advisor – Customer Experience & After Sales Location: Bangalore , Chennai ,Hyderabad Experience: 1–5 years in automobile service Salary: 3 – 5 LPA Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers during vehicle servicing or repairs. Explain issues, service packages, and post-inspection details. Coordinate with technicians for repair timelines and cost estimations. Create job cards, track progress, and update customers. Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle escalations and coordinate with warranty or claims team. Skills & Requirements: Graduation / Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical stream. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience as a Service Advisor in dealerships is mandatory. Ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms to customers. Knowledge of ERP/CRM tools is an added advantage. 3. Automotive Technician / Mechanic – Spinny Job Title: Technician / Refurbishment Executive Location: Bangalore , Chennai ,Hyderabad Experience: 1–3 years Salary: 2 – 3.5 LPA Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics of used cars. Carry out routine servicing, brake checks, oil changes, etc. Replace or repair faulty components (engine, clutch, suspension, etc.). Work with quality team to resolve post-inspection issues. Maintain clean workspace and follow safety protocols. Skills & Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical. 1–3 years’ hands-on experience in garages, service centers, or used car refurbishment. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service manuals. Basic understanding of different car brands and models. Job Summary: The Hub Inspector will be responsible for inspecting the wheel hub assemblies, suspension parts, and overall wheel health of 4-wheeler cars coming into the Spinny refurbishment hubs. The role ensures that the critical rotating components meet safety, alignment, and performance standards before final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspection of front and rear wheel hubs , including bearings, studs, discs, and knuckles. Identify wear and tear, unusual noise, play or wobble in the hubs, and recommend replacements or repairs. Use diagnostic tools and manual methods to check wheel alignment, hub torque, wheel bearing condition , and runout . Inspect wheel assembly components for rust, damage, or misalignment during the vehicle intake and post-refurb stages. Support the refurbishment quality team in classifying vehicle readiness based on hub and suspension status. Maintain accurate inspection logs , update the refurbishment tracker, and escalate deviations to the QC team. Verify that hubs meet Spinnys quality checklist and ensure proper fitment of new/repaired parts. Work closely with technicians and mechanics during repair interventions. Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations are maintained as per safety and quality protocols. Required Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering. 2+ years of experience in vehicle inspection or hub/suspension assessment, preferably in service centers, OEMs, or used car refurb companies. Familiarity with hub, brake, and suspension systems of cars (Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Honda, etc.). Ability to use basic inspection tools like dial gauges, pry bars, wheel alignment tools, torque wrenches, etc. Key Skills: Eye for mechanical detail Hands-on knowledge of 4-wheeler hub and suspension systems Understanding of Spinnys 200-point checklist (training will be provided) Reporting and basic computer entry (Excel or App-based input) Team coordination and time management Work Environment: Located in Spinny Refurbishment Hubs (indoor, semi-automated setup). May require physical work, standing for long periods, and occasional weekend shifts.
