Role & responsibilities Evaluate and underwrite Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals as per credit policy and within delegated authority. Assess customer profiles, financials, credit bureau reports, and property documents to make sound credit decisions. Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and risk control measures while maintaining portfolio quality. Coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursals. Monitor post-disbursal portfolio for early warning signals and take corrective actions to control delinquencies. Mentor and guide junior credit staff at the hub to ensure consistency and quality in underwriting.
