The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an MBA. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in MEAN/MERN Stack, Node, React/Angular, problem-solving, attention to detail, architectural solution designing, communication, team management, and client interaction/stakeholder management. Previous experience in this role should encompass SDLC and Agile methodologies of software development, matrix-managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently, and having at least 4 years of experience in delivering quality software projects. Additionally, expertise in microservice architecture, cloud-native technologies, NodeJS, ExpressJS, web components, debugging tools, cookies management, HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3, Material UI, design unit testing frameworks, MVC architecture, code versioning tools like Git/BitBucket, consumer web development experience for high-traffic public-facing web applications, and cloud technologies is essential. It would be beneficial for candidates to have exposure to any Cloud Platform and knowledge of mobile technologies like Ionic, Sencha, PhoneGap, Xamarin, ReactNative, etc. This position is available at Indore, Pune, or India.
