Joining the Data & AI practice at S&C GN, you will collaborate with a global network of skilled professionals experienced in leading statistical tools and applications. Your responsibilities will include developing advanced statistical models for HR Analytics solutions, utilizing Python programming for efficient model creation, and leveraging ML and Data Science skills like Deep learning, TensorFlow, and Time Series Forecasting. Furthermore, you will be expected to architect scalable dashboards, communicate analytical insights effectively, and maintain strong client relationships. Your role will also involve collaborating with diverse teams, adapting within an agile environment, and utilizing mathematical concepts and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues creatively. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience in the Analytics domain and 2-3 years in People/Human analytics. Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and leadership experience are essential, along with knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling. Additional skills in PySpark/PyTorch framework, Data Governance, Cloud Integrations, and Change Management are appreciated. Experience with HTML 5/js, Optimization Theory, and People Analytics Consulting is considered a bonus.
