The job at Broadside involves providing administrative support in the areas of HSEQ & Vetting and assisting the Team Leaders. As part of the team, you will be responsible for data processing, data analysis, follow-up of documentation, and maintaining records. Furthermore, you will assist the Superintendents and Leadership Team in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc jobs. Ideally, candidates with sailing experience as Navigating Officers are preferred for this role. A graduate with proficiency in computers and a good command of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Powerpoint, Excel Spreadsheets, etc. would be well-suited for this position. It is essential to be able to work effectively in a team-based environment and collaborate with individuals at all levels.
