Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. Support onboarding activities, including documentation, training sessions, and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and update internal databases with new hire information. Help in payroll processing , attendance tracking, and leave management. Assist in HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. Coordinate employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Support performance management by assisting in evaluations and feedback sessions.
