Role & responsibilities
Designing and updating job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels ( Naukri, Indeed).
Screen incoming resumes and application forms and Interview candidates (via phone ).
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to Client CEO.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Note:
