**Responsibilities:**
* Experience in the full recruiting process at all levels, including sourcing and vetting candidates via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication.* Upload job postings and advertisements on relevant industry job board sites to attract top real estate professionals.* Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting qualified candidates and scaling up the recruiting program.* Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and application data to streamline the candidate pipeline and ensure privacy.* Manage the hiring process, including setting up interviews, making recommendations to hiring managers, and following up with unselected candidates.* Provide regular progress reports on successful recruiting methods to the team.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree required* Familiarity with online job posting tools* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong organizational and time management skills
