Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, to onboarding candidates. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Utilize various channels to identify and attract suitable candidates. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely placement. Achieve recruitment targets within specified deadlines. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data. Candidate Profile: Freshers or experienced professionals with a passion for recruitment. Ability to join immediately or within a week. Residing within 15 km radius from Annanagar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
