Company: Credpath Advisory Employment Type: Full-Time 🔧 Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team at Credpath Advisory. The role primarily involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various client companies across sectors. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Understand job requirements shared by client companies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/online initial interviews. Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews. Follow up with candidates and clients through each stage of the hiring process. Maintain and update daily trackers and candidate reports. Ensure timely closure of all open positions as per client requirements.
