As part of our growing India operations in Greater Noida, we are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to strengthen our people processes and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various functions, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Build a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels (portals, referrals, social media) Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs Maintain training calendars and attendance records Prepare training materials and feedback analysis reports HR Operations & Documentation: Manage employee records, joining formalities, and documentation Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management Support statutory compliance and HR audit documentation Handle general HR administration and support daily operations Key Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes Familiarity with HRMS tools and Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and documentation handling Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
