The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition , ensuring we recruit skilled individuals who align with our vision and goals . Additionally, they will develop HR policies , streamline operations, and foster an inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and productivity . Employee engagement and performance management will be key responsibilities, alongside training programs that support professional development. As we expand, the HR professional will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance , addressing workplace challenges, and creating a supportive, sports-driven culture that fuels our success. ROLES: Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard skilled professionals in cricket-related roles. HR Operations: Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records efficiently. Policy Development: Establish HR policies in compliance with legal standards and organizational needs. Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative and sports-driven company culture. Performance Management: Design KPIs, conduct appraisals, and provide growth strategies. Conflict Resolution: Address grievances and ensure smooth team dynamics. Training & Development: Organize skill-enhancement programs for employees. Compliance & Legal: Maintain labor law compliance and handle contracts professionally. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree. Experience in startups or sports organizations is a plus. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
