We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and hands-on proficiency in HRMS platforms like Keka or Zoho . Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. Handle end-to-end HR operations and documentation. Maintain and update employee records on HRMS (Keka/Zoho). Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. Generate reports and HR analytics for decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for HR-related processes. Requirements bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of experience in an HR operations or generalist role. Mandatory hands-on experience with HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho, or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Immediate joiners will be given preference.
