We are currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to join our team at the Mangalore office in India and contribute to our growth journey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational tasks globally, particularly focusing on the Nordic region. Our team handles all internal HR transactions within the organization, ensuring seamless execution and compliance across various processes. Despite our team's size, we play a crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency and maintaining compliance standards. As a Global HR Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries. Your key responsibilities will include responding to HR inquiries from employees and managers, executing HR transactions, managing HR documentation and compliance, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting in learning management system coordination. You will need to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a service-oriented approach in your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Responding to global HR inquiries and managing service ticket queues effectively. - Executing HR transactions related to employee onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and transfers. - Creating and issuing legal and official employee documents, and ensuring proper documentation and archiving. - Performing data quality checks, resolving discrepancies, and improving data integrity. - Assisting in training and development program coordination and ensuring accurate employee learning records. Mandatory Skill Set: - 2+ years of experience in core HR operations. - Experience in a global company with strong English communication skills. - Solid knowledge of HR legal and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in HRMS tools such as Workday, Oracle, or similar. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Experience in employee lifecycle management. - Familiarity with generating HR reports. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and technologies. Good to Have: - Experience in global stakeholder interaction and international HR operations support. - Exposure to internal and external HR audits. - Familiarity with case/ticketing systems like ServiceNow. - Experience in creating or maintaining HR process documentation. Extra Plus: - Certification in HR Operations and Legal & Compliance. - Experience in data analysis and management. - Exposure to electronic signature platforms or document management tools. - Familiarity with HR workflow automation tools.
