IT Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates:

• Use job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking to identify potential IT candidates12.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and create effective job descriptions12.
  

• Screening & Interview Coordination:

• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates technical skills and qualifications12.
  
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate fit and interest12.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels34.
  

• Database & Documentation:

• Maintain and update candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)24.
  
• Prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation and reports54.
  

• Offer & Onboarding Support:

• Assist in drafting offer letters and communicating with selected candidates52.
  
• Support onboarding processes for new hires34.
  

• Market Research:

• Research IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skill sets to support recruitment strategies2.
  

• Administrative & Team Support:

• Participate in HR meetings and training sessions3.
  
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and other HR/recruitment projects as needed4.
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field34.
  
• Strong interest in technology and IT roles12.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills13.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information34.
  
• Familiarity with MS Office and recruitment tools; knowledge of ATS is a plus34.
