Are you passionate about people and looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our dynamic IT company. The location for this position is at 7 Phase Industrial area Mohali. This is a full-time employment opportunity with 01 year of experience preferred, and immediate joining is preferred. As an HR Fresher, your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. You will also support onboarding and documentation for new hires, maintain employee records, and update HR databases.
