Job Description

As a Team Member - Talent Acquisition at (Company Name), your primary responsibility is to implement the Talent Acquisition Operating Plan across various functions and businesses. This includes handling leadership hiring, function resourcing, and campus hiring while ensuring adherence to the organization's hiring policies and practices. Your role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders such as business leaders and hiring managers to facilitate the identification, attraction, and selection of top-tier candidates for different job roles to contribute to the collective growth of the company. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting hiring intake sessions with Hiring Managers to gather additional information related to the position - Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, assessment, selection, offer generation, pre-onboarding, and onboarding - Acting as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, establishing strong relationships to understand their recruitment needs and preferences - Documenting comprehensive candidate assessments, including interview feedback and skills evaluations - Collaborating with the team for background verification and pre-employment medical examination of candidates - Maintaining open communication with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status - Supporting interventions focusing on diversity hiring and internal mobility processes - Ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and procedures related to recruitment - Implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to streamline the recruitment process - Coordinating with external partners and enhancing the overall hiring experience - Analyzing talent acquisition metrics and implementing actions based on insights Your success metrics will be measured based on: - Time to Fill - Cost per hire - Offer acceptance rate - Build vs Buy - % adherence to TA guidelines In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Extended Hiring and Onboarding Team, as well as external partners like Manpower Consultants and Institutes. To be successful in this role, you should have an MBA or Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management or equivalent, along with 0-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. You should possess functional competencies such as understanding of recruitment solutions, recruitment process management, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, behavioral competencies like negotiation skills and recruitment marketing skills are essential for executing your responsibilities effectively. Potential career movements from this role include transitioning to Sr. Team Member positions in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Business Partner, or People Development.,
