Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
  • Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and induction sessions
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents (digital and physical)
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer, confirmation, and relieving letters
  • Coordinate training programs, attendance, feedback, and maintain competency records
  • Support employee engagement and internal communications
  • Help implement HR policies and ensure employee awareness
  • Manage office supplies, inspection equipment, and basic facility requirements
  • Maintain company files, including contracts, compliance, and audit documentation
  • Coordinate internal meetings, travel bookings, and event logistics
  • Provide basic client communication support (forms, quotations, follow-ups)
  • Assist with documentation for audits, inspections, and statutory filings
