Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven professional in HR Analytics to provide insights that enhance workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business leaders to analyze key metrics, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle. This role combines analytical expertise with a strong understanding of human resource processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze HR data including recruitment, performance, attrition, and employee engagement. Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Partner with HR teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks. Perform predictive modeling to anticipate workforce needs and retention risks. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across HR systems. Translate complex data into actionable insights for HR strategy and operations.
