HP Developer

As a Full-Time Base24/Connex HP Developer at FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. We are looking for an experienced developer with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree who is motivated, forward-thinking, and curious to join our team in Chennai, Bangalore, or Gurgaon. You will be a part of a team that supports 23 Connex switch instances on HP NonStop systems, processing 2.3 billion card transactions per month for FIS. Your role will involve providing support, analyzing and coding new changes, and resolving production issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software within specified timelines and budget. You will collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of development experience in Connex on HP. Hands-on experience in SCOBOL, Tandem, and Non-Stop SQL is required. Familiarity with build tools such as Bit Bucket, SVN, GIT, and Maven is essential. Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational and time management abilities are also necessary.
