Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervising Staff:Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to housekeeping staff.
• Maintaining Cleanliness Standards:Ensuring all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
• Inspecting Work:Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Managing Inventory:Monitoring cleaning supplies and equipment, and ordering replacements as needed.
• Handling Complaints:Addressing guest complaints related to housekeeping services and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Creating Schedules:Developing and managing work schedules for housekeeping staff, including adjusting for absences and special requests.
• Enforcing Safety and Hygiene:Ensuring staff follow proper cleaning procedures, handle chemicals safely, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Coordinating with Other Departments:Collaborating with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Training Staff:Conducting orientation and in-service training to educate staff on policies, procedures, and the use of equipment.
• Maintaining Records:Keeping records of inspections, inventory, and other relevant data.
• Identifying Maintenance Issues:Reporting any maintenance defects or other issues in guest rooms or public areas.
• Motivating Staff:Creating a positive and productive work environment by providing encouragement and support.
• Following Company Policies:Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
