Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor: 2year Experience Supervising Staff: Overseeing housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring all areas are cleaned to established standards and that cleanliness is maintained. Training and Development: Providing training to new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards. Quality Control: Conducting inspections to ensure quality control and addressing any issues. Inventory Management: Ordering and managing cleaning supplies and equipment. Guest Relations: Handling guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services. Scheduling and Absences: Managing schedules, covering absences, and ensuring adequate staffing. Communication: Communicating effectively with staff, front desk, and other departments. Safety and Hygiene: Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
