Hotel & Restaurant Booking Consultant

You are looking for a Hotel & Restaurant Booking Consultant to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. With 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer queries, and coordinating with hotel and restaurant partners. Fluent communication in Tamil and English is a must for this role. Your key responsibilities will include handling bookings for individual and corporate clients, understanding client preferences, coordinating with hotels and restaurants, responding to inquiries, maintaining knowledge of local and outstation options, managing booking records, and ensuring excellent customer service. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service, fluency in Tamil, strong English communication skills, familiarity with reservation tools, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. Basic knowledge of popular hotels and restaurants in Tamil Nadu & South India would be advantageous.
