Job Title: Hostel Warden (Male/Female)

Location: [ Ganga International School, Hirankundna]

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain discipline, safety, and overall well-being of hostel students.

Ensure rules and regulations of the hostel are followed strictly.

Monitor daily attendance and movements (in/out register) of students.

Address student grievances and coordinate with school authorities.

Conduct regular room inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Handle medical emergencies and communicate with parents if needed.

Manage hostel inventory, supplies, and maintenance with timely reporting.

Maintain a peaceful and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Prior experience as a warden or hostel in charge is mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to handle adolescents with care, empathy, and firmness.

Physically fit and mentally alert.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
