Job Description

  • Provide expert clinical care and manage complex medical cases
  • Lead and oversee departmental operations, staffing, and planning
  • Supervise and mentor medical staff, students, and residents
  • Develop and deliver academic teaching and training programs
  • Promote clinical research and ensure publication of quality work
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
  • Maintain patient safety, quality care, and effective communication
  • Collaborate with other departments for integrated patient management

Qualifications:

  • MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 10 years of clinical and teaching experience
  • Recognized academic and research contributions
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills
