Job Summary: Chanderpur Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee operations and manage manpower in a high-precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machines such as VMC, HMC, CNC Lathe, Hobbing, CNC Drilling, VTL, etc., and demonstrate strong leadership and shop floor management skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of machine shop personnel. 2. Ensure efficient operation of VMC, HMC, CNC Lathe, Hobbing, CNC Drilling, VTL machines. 3. Manage workforce scheduling, task delegation, and shift planning. 4. Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met. 5. Troubleshoot machine or process issues to minimize downtime. 6. Implement and maintain 5S and safety practices on the shop floor. 7. Collaborate with engineering and planning departments to optimize processes. 8. Train and mentor operators and new team members. 9. Maintain machine maintenance logs and ensure routine servicing. 10. Report production data and shop performance to management.

Provide technical support for cutting tool applications. Assist customers in selecting the right tools for their machining needs. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions. Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and tool life. Required Candidate profile Collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption. Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cutting tool technology.

Title : Associate Director - Instrumentation(Wastewater Treatment/Desalination) The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting their Associate Director- Instrumentation tasks/deliverables to support water, wastewater, desalination, and Biosolids treatment facilities such as. Evaluate and develop alternative control system solutions that meet client requirements. Develop design reports, specifications, plans, and associated client deliverables for the I&C and SCADA systems. Specify instruments, controllers, computers, servers, ancillary equipment and components, and application software. Assist in defining interface requirements for process valves, adjustable frequency drives, and packaged systems. Develop new and modify existing application programming in PLCs (programmable logic controllers), HMIs (human machine interfaces) and associated components. Participate in consulting, design, construction, planning, commissioning/start-up, training, and close-out phase activities. Create documentation for application software. Work with and Coordinate SCADA system requirements with other disciplines including civil, structural, architectural, process mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical during the design phase. Interact with clients to gain an understanding of their systems. Work with contractors, and sub-contractors to resolve issues during, construction and commissioning/start-up Providing mentoring and support for junior engineers and cad technicians. Contribute to the production and delivery of concise high-quality technical documentation in English. Qualifications B.E./M.Tech. (preferred) in Instrumentation & Control from a recognized university. Professional registration or licensure in their designated home office country or be inactive pursuit of such registration. Awareness of Quality aspects (i.e., registers, design issues logs, QC process, design transmittals, etc.). Able to independently work efficiently and meet required deadlines by following relevant design manuals/standards and practices 15+ Years of experience in the water/wastewater industry Good English communication skills. Strong understanding of gear design principles, including pitch, profile, and tooth geometry.
