Hiring Pre Primary Teacher

We are looking for a nurturing, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and capable of fostering a warm and engaging learning environment for young learners. The teacher will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and motor development.
• Use storytelling, rhymes, play-based learning, art, and music to engage students.
• Monitor and document children’s progress through observations, assessments, and reports.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
• Support emotional, social, and moral development through positive reinforcement and modeling behavior.
• Organize events and participate in school programs, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum planning and teaching practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or equivalent.
• Prior experience in teaching pre-primary classes preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of child development.

Desirable Skills:

• Creativity and enthusiasm in lesson planning and classroom activities.
• Strong classroom management and child engagement skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
