Art & Craft Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art & Craft Teacher to inspire and nurture students' artistic talents. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in various art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and craftwork, and a passion for teaching children and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement art and craft lessons that align with the curriculum and age group.
• Teach various techniques such as drawing, painting, origami, collage, paper-mâché, clay modeling, etc.
• Foster a creative and encouraging classroom environment.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain records.
• Organize art exhibitions, craft fairs, or student showcases.
• Maintain art supplies and manage resources within the budget.
• Encourage students to express themselves through art.
• Integrate art into other subjects or school-wide activities.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends and techniques in art and craft education.
• Ensure student safety and classroom discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Proven experience as an Art/Craft teacher or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of personal or student artwork.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,594.59 - ₹33,815.13 per month
