Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Content Review to oversee a team of content moderators responsible for ensuring the safety, accuracy, and appropriateness of user-generated content across our platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for upholding content integrity and community guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of content reviewers to meet performance targets and quality benchmarks. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Review escalated cases and support decision-making on complex or ambiguous content issues. Collaborate with policy, legal, and product teams to stay updated on content moderation guidelines and implement them effectively. Ensure adherence to SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of content review strategies and best practices. Prepare reports, analyze trends, and present performance data to management. Foster a supportive and resilient team environment, especially in handling sensitive or disturbing content. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a similar field, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead on paper. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with content moderation tools, ticketing systems, and dashboards Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make quick, thoughtful decisions.
